This is an extremely easy recipe that is foolproof. You just need a few ingredients that you may already have in your pantry.

- Medjool Dates
- Chocolate melts
- Coconut Oil
- Mixed nuts (Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds, Walnuts, and Brazilian nuts)
- Peanut Butter
Steps:
- Slice the dates in the middle to create an opening
- Spread peanut butter inside the date using a knife
- Stuff one or two nuts of your choice inside the date
- Close the date
- In a bowl, mix chocolate melts and a teaspoon of coconut oil, and microwave until melted
- Dip each date into the chocolate mixture
- Place the dipped dates on a plate
- Crush some nuts, such as pistachios, and sprinkle them on top of the dates
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens
Voila! You have a delicious and impressive treat to share with your friends and family.
